On the 1st of April 2021, the ARA Group acquired JBM Power, expanding on the design and manufacturing capabilities of switch boards and switch rooms. JBM Power now operate as ARA Electrical.
The acquisition of JBM Power completes our turnkey offering and truly does make ARA Electrical a one stop shop in the market. The switch room business will also provide opportunities for other parts of the wider ARA group.
